Leading Edge was founded in 1981 by President and Owner Donald C. Raimey, Jr. The company started as a diversified financial services company offering benefit, human resource, retirement plan and wealth management services to Southwest Florida businesses.
Over the past 35 years we have had the privilege of working with some of Florida’s finest employers, representing a diverse array of industries from hospitality to medical, including multi-location and multi-state entities.
The Leading Edge family of companies are organized into four distinct core service companies that strive to provide our clients with an integrated, comprehensive approach to their benefit, human resource, retirement plan, and wealth-protection needs.
Leading Edge Benefit Advisors, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leading Edge Companies and is headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida.
